Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us by email at store@nvl.it or send us a WhatsApp message specifying:

• First and last name
• Telephone number
• Order identification code
• Article code of the item you want to return
• Reasons for return
• Request for reimbursement or size replacement/Color
  

We will send a courier to the address given in the order to pick up the package.
For the first size exchange/Color, shipping is free for orders with destinations in Italy.

How to validly exercise the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the applicable legislation with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and the Terms and Conditions of Sale accepted by you at the time of purchase, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, the consumer must indicate to the seller his or her wish to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of any explicit declaration sent by e-mail to store@nvl.it or a WhatsApp message. The consumer may also use this form(Form for Requesting a Return Code), duly completed, for this purpose.
• For returns in Italy, NVL S.r.l. will send you by e-mail the return code, which you must transcribe on the form and deliver to the courier in charge of the return together with the product(s) being returned.
• Within 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract, the product, duly sealed, shall be sent to the address:

• If several products are returned, they must be returned to NVL S.r.l. at the same time and/or with the same shipment. It is also necessary that:

• It is understood that the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal: therefore, used and/or deteriorated items following ordinary use will not be refunded.
• If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the amount paid to us, except for the cash on delivery costs - amounting to € 2.50 - and the return shipping costs, amounting to € 12.00 for Italy and double the shipping costs incurred for other countries, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have proven that you have returned the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever comes first.
• The amount to be refunded shall be credited directly to your credit card or PayPal account, or credited to your bank account if paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
• You shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• We only make the first size replacement/Color free of charge for orders with domestic destinations. Further replacements will be increased by the shipping cost.
• We do not currently make exchanges for orders with destinations in other countries. You can still return an item (getting a refund) and make a new purchase (no need to wait for a refund to place a new order).
