Delivery
For Italy and San Marino, deliveries are made by the courier GLS within approximately 2 working days from the moment the package is consigned to the courier.
For Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands and Spain deliveries are made by the courier GLS within approximately 3 working days from the moment the package is consigned to the courier.
For Denmark, England*, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Hungary delivery is by GLS courier within approximately 4 working days from the time the package is ordered to the courier.
For Bulgaria, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Scotland* delivery is by GLS courier within approximately 5 working days from the moment the package is ordered to the courier.
For Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Malta, Norway and Sweden deliveries are made by the courier GLS within approximately 5 working days from the moment the package is consigned to the courier. Delivery to remote areas in these countries may take longer, for more information or a more accurate estimate of delivery time please contact us at store@nvl.it.
For other European countries, deliveries are made by the courier DHL within approximately 3-7 working days from the moment the package is consigned to the courier, for more information or a more accurate estimate of delivery time please contact us at store@nvl.it.
For all other countries, deliveries are made by UPS within approximately 3-7 working days from the moment the package is ordered to the courier, for more information or a more precise estimate of delivery time please contact us at store@nvl.it.
When your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the delivery number.
Courier do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery delays
Orders may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- Public holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, week of 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, week of 25 December, 31 December.
- Bad weather
- Courier strikes
- Remote areas may require longer delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the amount of the order and the country of destination.
Italy and San Marino
- Italy and San Marino: €6 for orders under €100.00
- Free shipping for orders of € 100.00 or more
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Lichtentstein*, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain
- 10€ for orders under 150€
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

Andorra*, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway*, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia*, Slovakia, Sweden, and Turkey*.
- 15€ for orders under 150€
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

Great Britain* and Switzerland*
- 35€ for orders under 350€
- Free shipping on orders of 350€ or more

- 30€ for orders under 300€
- Free shipping for orders of 300€ or more
- Shipments to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine are temporarily suspended

Other Countries
- 50€ to USA, Canada and Israel for orders under 500€, free shipping for orders 500€ or more
- 55€ per India for orders under 550€, free shipping for orders 550€ or more
- 65€ to Australia, New Zealand and Argentina for orders under 650€, free shipping for orders of 650€ or more

Cash on delivery
Payment by cash on delivery can only be made for customers residing in Italy.
Payment by cash on delivery shall be made exclusively in cash upon delivery of the purchased products and shall incur an additional charge of €2.50 for collection costs.
The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which it will be the customer's responsibility to retrieve, within 48 hours, the order from the relevant GLS branch (DEPOSIT HOLDER). The package will then be returned to the sender.
Additional costs for further delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.
